Rest assured my computer isn't dead, just me. I'm sorry I haven't said anything or even updated. Updated or even said anything. I'm most definitely going to keel over after work today, because I've been running myself repeatedly on low fuel, fuel being sleep in this case rather than caffeine, and all things considered, even without sleeping nearly enough, I haven't had time to sit down and draw. I'll be honest: the biggest thing keeping me from the computer right now is the fact that this is my major allergy season. I'm living in either a haze of drugs and or a haze of "eyes itchy, watery, red, sticky, sneezing, and watermelon sinuses." I will be some time VERY late today, after work, after I crash, after I make supper, after I hopefully manage to squeeze in a shower and a load of laundry, after I go see if I can get prescription medication... then, and only then, will I finally have time to paint my page. Either that or Wednesday early afternoon. Stay tuned! Comic of the Week will also start up again at that time. Sorry for the craziness and the rambly post, I ekked this one out in a few moments before running to work. After I hit submit, I will run upstairs, chug some coffee, throw my can of chili in my lunchbox, and head out the door. (savours the moment of submission)
So I do have a good excuse... - April 21, 2011 - 2220
...I can't connect to the internet. I've tried rebooting multiple times, repairing, deconnecting and reconnecting, checked the wireless card stuck in my computer... it just keeps flashing on and off, on and off. Of course, I live in a family with many people ALWAYS ON THE INTERNET and so it's ALWAYS A BAD TIME to disconnect the modem. I'm presently trying to virus scan in case I picked something raunchy up. I'm not really keen on having to reformat over this, and I can connect on Scirdophilous, who DOES have Photoshop installed but not a tablet, and definitely not enough harddrive space. Since one computer is a Mac and one is a Windows, and the INTERNET is down, I can't transfer via jumpdrive or Dropbox. It's not that I'm trying to go on hiatus here, it's that my main computer is not functioning in a way that's particularly, oh you know, likely to get my update on the internet. D: (Also I hate working when I don't have a connection because I generally double-task due to the whole 'takes 4 hours to do a page' deal.) Um. Really sorry about all of this. As soon as I can get Lukie to connect to the internet we'll get on the update.
